I’ve been seeing Jessica Stitler for months for chronic UTI’s and blood in urine. Iive requested a cystoscopy. She refused even though I have a history of precancerous polyps in the bladder. In the past I had a CT scan only showed kidney stone but the cystoscopy showed precancerous polyps and were removed and she still refused to order one. I went in and seen Jessica for a uti I had about month back that I was having lingering symptoms for that was causing me a lot of discomfort and she told me she couldn’t do anything because the urgent care I went to initially didn’t do a culture so there was no “proof I had a uti”. Told me to drink more water then sent me on my way. Was extremely disappointed I was crying on my drive back to work. Says it's open till 4:30. Left a meeting to call at 4:10. Recording says they close at 4. No option for leaving voicemail. Fix the times on GMB. Frustrating.

I'm quite disappointed with the NP I saw in this office, Mary Hardie. My first appointment she was supposed to schedule a cat scan with and without contrast. When I left the office, I was told I would be contacted for the appointment. I waited probably three weeks and nobody called. I went back into the office and asked the secretary about my cat scan appointment. She was very nice and helpful.
