I'm not very happy with the care that I received. From Jessica sittler I'm also not happy with your nurse talking loudly about me wanting a second opinion very rude and she was snotty about it exspecially when I have the right for a second opinion and it's a invasion of patient privacy. And then to contact you twice because I was needing a change in medication due to a problem with other medications that my gastrologist prescribed me and not a single call back which is unprofessional. I waited 2 months for an appt, the day before the appt Dr. Nord cancelled. I was rescheduled but only to wait another 4 weeks for a new appt, the day before the appt Dr. Nord cancelled again. I called Cleveland Clinic urology and had an appt for the next day. That’s the difference between Cleveland and Youngstown/Warren.
