These apartments are the only apartments that have denied me for 2 things being on my credit very minor things I think its very odd especially when the person in the office doesn't want to discuss it
NOTHING IS GETTING FIXED!!!!!! Dont move here. This place used to be nice now it's trash. Office manager always has a attitude and doesn't want to fix anything.
My experience at Southwood Townhomes has been very disappointing, mainly because of the management. The office staff member, Shanita Wright, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She makes it difficult to have a simple conversation about maintenance or tenant concerns, and instead of helping she often gossips about residents. These apartments used to be amazing to live in. Now that ALCO has taken over these apartments are HORRIBLE. The office manager Shanita Wright doesn’t know how to talk to people. She always has an attitude daily and acts as if she hates her job. She complains about everything. On top of her attitude ALCO doesn’t repair anything. People have begun to walk around guns! I just moved due to the crime that has increased since ALCO has taken over. I had to get my family out of here. I felt as if I was in GOTHAM CITY WITH NO BATMAN
I had to come update my review this was a nice property and felt safe when It was private owned /all repairs use to get done so fast. now Alco management have got their hands on it and bought it it’s not great anymore I’ve been here over 5 years and always loved it until now .. they don’t fix anything!!!!!!!!!!
