Nasty receptionist.
Very poor service today 08/14/2024. I should not have to wait to see a Dr over 2 hrs when I had a appointment at 11:00AM and was told at 11:40 I would not be out of there by 12:30PM. I work to and had to use my time to come there that I earn at work. I will be finding a new Dr. I love Dr Crowl, but this is no way of running a business. And this is not the first time this has happened to me over there. Thank you Tammy Briceland.
Seems like every time I schedule an appointment there is a mix up. Any time I call to be seen, the doctors can’t see me for weeks.
I’m done with this place. Went there a couple of months ago only to find out that they pulled the provider to Boardman because they were busy. Wasted trip. Gave them another chance today with a problem I’ve had many times in the past. Apparently my doctor has been treating my problem wrong for the past 10 years because someone who went to school for a couple of years knows more then he does. When he finally gave me a diagnosis he forgot to call in my prescription and tomorrow everything is closed for the holiday.
Pleasant and took good care of me.
