I came today at 1:25 and they refuse to take cate of me. Because they did not accept more patients for the day. Very bad expetience when you are sick. Why they are open until 2 pm if they are closed to accept patients????? Very bad service.!
I came to this office on a Saturday by my sister’s recommendation. (Clearly she was fortunate enough to have a good experience) For starters I want to say that I don’t run to the doctor for every sniffle. I generally ride it out at home. At the point of my visit I had been getting worse over the course of 3 days and nothing I had been trying over the counter was helping so I decided to go. Went to express care this morning--front desk staff was kind...the MA Sandy was exceptionally caring and patient...the PA Marsia was knowledgeable and patient.. would highly recommend going here.
The absolute worst doctor's office I've been to. I handed them a list of exactly what I needed for my diabetes, because I've been diabetic for years, and somehow they managed to mess up every script down to vials instead of pens, extremely low dosage, and pen needle size. I get insulin pens.. why would you prescribe me pen needles and vials when the 2 don't go together and I've never used vials?! Also, I absolutely cannot get through the month with such a low dose when I told you how much I use! This isn't chronic diarrhea, ... read more
