Beware of the additional billing that will be done for the room you are seen in after you have paid your visit/copay for the Doctors appointment. They don’t disclose this information at check in at the professional office building, I received a bill that implied the outpatient surgery building was used. Finding new doctor.
I had a double hernia sx from dr. Evan. Wonderful surgeon and staff.
Save your time and energy. Such a dysfunctional office. Rude!!! 3 times they have canceled my appointments and 2x without notice for a procedure I desperately need. Not only have they messed with my health, but also my work schedule and finances. Because THEY messed up AGAIN, I have to wait another 2 months. Unless, of course, they don't like my review and cancel it for the 4th time. I need to start taking names, and for the love of God, don't argue with them. 1 last try
