THE ARBORS AT CAROLINA FOREST IS A NO! Tenants upstairs has a dog who runs around like it's a dog park & heavily stomping, dragging noises, loud bangs that shake my apartment because they throw/drop heavy stuff constantly. Their door slamming is just as bad. We are woken up all hours of the night DAILY. They scream & cuss at each other when fighting. They blast t.v & music & holler "WOOO!" "Yeah!" late hours.
