Habitat is a joke roads are terrible they went up on lot rent nothing has been done to actually improve southwood the new apartments are trash they'll let the foreigners get away with murder despite the stealing goin on if something happens to your dwelling or property they say it's a act of God I believe albermarle county gon take this over
Owned by habit for humanity just fyi. Still waiting for my grandmother to be offered an apartment since she was like the 3rd person to ever live there and had always paid on time and owns her trailer now and had well maintained her trailer. I think they are just waiting for her to die so they dont have to offer her anything its truley sad. I have been looking for her a place else where so she does not end up homeless .....ironic homeless from a compantly that builds homes for less fortunate and/or homeless. We shall see what... read more
