This companies lawn service is a disaster. Hopefully your HOA isn't using them. Within 6 months of moving into my new home where they provide lawn service my property has damaged almost every time they are on the property. I've since had to make a claim to my HOA and literally ban them from servicing the property.

I live in a community where Southwood does the homeowners' lawns. Southwood have a very friendly, professional, and respectful crew. After living here for 10 years, I have been happy with their service and never had an issue. A few days ago, I noticed some cut HVAC wires a few days ago, I reported it and today, the President/James came out to update me... asking me to send him a receipt and he will mail a check. How quick was that! So this company is definitely 5 Stars!
