THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE ITS ALWAYS A LIVE ANSWERING PERSON WHO TAKES MESSAGES. THEY NEVER CALL BACK! MY COMPANY HAS SENT PATIENT DOCUMENTATION OVER TO BE SIGNED BY PHYSICIAN IN MAY AND I'VE DROPPED IT OFF WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED SIGNED PAPERWORK FROM THE DOCTOR.
Slow and out dated. Highly unorganized
This place is a joke! I new when DR Kazi retired the service here was no good...I have went with out my medicine for over a week. I've called them Friday 6 times before noon. I called them on Monday and doctor Vernon called me back to tell me he's called my medicine in but no he didn't call it in!! So I called back on Tuesday 9 times and they didn't answer not one time! My husband is an established patient at this hack of a doctor's office. Since Dr Williams took over, they have lost his bloodwork. Last week he waited over an hour past his appointment time only to have the good doctor neglect to send in prescriptions. We called back Thursday, same lie. Now he had been off of meds for 3 days and no one at Dr. Williams' office seems the least bit concerned. Oh and if the liar Williams is reading this, close up shop. And stop lying. And put your damn number on the website.
