Property Manager is horrible. Don’t buy rent or live @ Southwind Village
I would stay there
If I could choose less than one star, I would. Susan Mitchell, the property manager, has made owning a mobile home in Southwind village a living H-E-double hockey stick for the majority of tenants since the beginning of their stay. I lived in Southwind for 13 years dealing with harassment and letters from Susan day and night. Home is supposed to be your place to relax and unwind. She has made it all but that.
