We’ve been staying here for about 5 months now and compared to others that you ca rent from…. They are extremely overpriced! Not worth what you’re paying. Maintenance requests never get completed and there’s a major lack of communication. They told us we could do things when we first moved in then it becomes a problem later on. Finding somewhere else would be a better choice.
My friend lives here and her home is very nice.
Southwind has the most beautiful and spacious homes for rent!! You truly get what you’re paying for at this community, especially compared to others in the area. The neighbors are friendly and quiet, the home is equipped with everything you need, and you have a lot of privacy! There’s plenty of room for all of your stuff and places for everyone to park when you have guests! We love it here!!!
