The people out Southwind are always kind and attentive with their service. We appreciate the ease of doing business with them.

Their DO "Theo" is very rude
Please hire someone to actually sit at that front desk who can mind custtomers that have walked in and are waiting in the lobby instead of those that walk to the back and FORGET about the custoner in the front. The process at the old location was far more effective. From now on, after someone walks to the back, i will call every 5 minites to make sure im not forgotten.
And we’re back to the same song and dance. He asked if I called in the order. I said yes. He went to the back and forgot about me. He claims he got sidetracked. I was in that lobby at least 30 minutes. _________________________________________ Is calling in 1-2 hours prior not enough?
