Cody and the guys at Southwind Cycle are very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend them. We love our E-bikes we have had for almost a year now!
Brought in my electric dirtbike for new brake pads and a bleed. They were able to accommodate me even though my bike was a little bit out of their wheelhouse.
Thanx guys for the best basic pair pedals. Now if I can get rid of that obnoxious clicking sounds I'll be good on my ebike I'll be good.

Called Southwind Cycle around 11:00 asking if they could look at a brake problem on a Trek MB. The attendant said “sure” bring it in we’ll look at it. I showed up at 1:00, rolled my bike in & the mechanic immediately stopped what he was doling & placed it in a bike stand. I explained my brake issue, he grabbed his tools & disassemble the rear caliper & identified the problem. Southwind had parts on the shelf. Mechanic asked if I would like a tune up? Absolutely!
