I live in Pennsylvania and had their carpet installed 13 months ago and it is smashed and matted and they refuse to do anything about it. One thing they said is to get a carpet rake. I paid over 3,000 dollars just for my living room. Their product is total junk and they won't stand behind it. Avoid buying their products at all cost. My previous carpet was down for 25 years and never looked like this.
place is a big joke they will straight up lie to get you in the door . Never seen so much favoritism in my life . Managemant has no back bone. lazy employees get praised and the ones that work get punished with more work. If your looking for work stay away from this place its a complete dumpster fire.
