If you want to pay $1,500 a month to live with rodents in your ceiling and deal with a management team that doesn’t care, look no further! I’ve been dealing with rodents in my ceiling since 2023, and management has done little to resolve the issue. They’ve claimed to seal off entry points, but because the squirrels routinely climb the tree outside my window and hop onto the roof, they reopen their access and continue the cycle.
