I had the root cutter attachment of a drain snake broke off and wedged in a hardened clog of sludge. This was in a drain line located in the.basement. Jeff sent Barrett with a drain camera and sheathed chain snake. I am located in the country and offered to assist Barrett as needed. We were able to locate and see the clog and attachment. Using the snake and camera in conjunction, Barrett removed the clog and was able to extract the attachment😊.
