Dr. Nowara's skills are very good as a diagnosing doctor. However, his staff and follow through is terrible. I have had to spend hours of my time attempting to get his office to get me compliant with Medicare so that I can receive my CPAP supplies. It's been 3 months and I finally cancelled him as my doctor. I would never recommend his services to anyone.
