Poor customer service at the entrance to the building.
Just sad. Sitting here for over a hour with no help. 2 people went before me that came after, They don’t answer the phone, they refuse to give your testing results, and they’re extremely unprofessional. If you’re rude, WHY are you in healthcare??? Not sure who’s running the the backend, but it’s frustrating that there’s such a big building with suck little help,
My kids vaccination here is awesome, Heather did a great job for my kids not to let them feel scared to the syringe. She has a light hand the kids didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. Kudos to her!
