Just walk in and ask a simple question. They guy who was at the front was very rude and disrespectful. He didn't even give me the chance to explain anything bc he assumed I was selling something. And i wasn't. On the other hand I was trying to get them business. There's no need to be disrespectful to anyone just bc u assumed wrong.
I'll avoid this location from now on, and I'll be sending co-workers to other locations, I spoke with Ben, everyone's boss or maybe owner, I asked if they could remove a coupler from the trailer and replace it, he said they don't do too many of those, he didn't seem too confident about it, mentioned they would charge an hourly rate of $130, just depends on how long they take, I decided to give them a chance since it's close to where I park, drove there, parked trailer outside the shop, they wouldn't let me watch to make sure... read more

I always come here for pneumatic parts, hoses, couplers, they custom make hoses to any size, gasket\seals, blower filter, etc. You can always call ahead, get prices and pre order your stuff, but I just walk in, they're pretty quick.
