Took our boxer here because she wasn’t eating and playing like she usually does . They did blood work and said to come get her because they couldn’t find anything wrong . Even though we expressed that she didn’t seem to be feeling well they said she was fine . Fast forward 2 days and she’s throwing up and when we called to bring her back ...they didn’t have time and said to take her to the ER. RecommendedDr. Shanda is is always willing to take her time with you and explain what’s going on and the best course of action when needed! Especially when a worried dog mom comes in. Staff is sweet and helpful as well. My dogs will be forever patients here.
My whole family has taken pets to Southwestern for years! The staff is amazing, and they take great care of your fur babies!
I really love the fact that they have a separate entrance for cats and dogs because my cat is super anxious. I wish all dog owners would respect that, and if your dog doesn't get along with other dogs, don't bring them into the cat side. The veterinarians are second to none, and the office staff is super friendly. I'm so happy we found this place.
