When you can’t get an appointment any sooner than 7 months out one would think having any kind of waitlist would help
Dr Wilkerson is amazing and her staff is professional and so helpful. Dr Wilkerson is caring, but upfront. She listens to your concerns and doesn’t push her agenda, but comes up with a plan based in science and patient preference. I cannot say enough nice things about this facility and the staff.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The front receptionist, Vicky, needs to be fired. I scheduled an appointment online for this office months ago. I received a call about 2 months ago from a lady working in the office, who said there was an issue with the online system, but she was still able to confirm my appointment for the same day/time I had scheduled, which was the earliest appointment available at the time— months out.
