RUDE! I called to get information on certain things about my breaks and the guy on the phone had a very bad attitude like he was annoyed...if u dont like your job than dont work there! I will not be going to this business....RUDE PEOPLE!
THE WORST PLACE TO RENT FROM - DO NOT CALL...�??�?? We had reserved a rental for our daughter's 2nd birthday party on October 17th, 2010. They were supposed to be there at 2:30 pm and set up for the party which started at 3. We called them at 2:45 to ask where they were and the person on the phone says the tuck is in the neighborhood. Showed up late and then threatened to leave! Showed up 1-1/2 hrs late and then said they would leave if we didn't pay full amount.?? - ?? - 2010-10-20 Showed up nearly 2 hours into my child's birthday party, insisted on using their own generators even though there was an outlet for them to use and then gives us a higher price than quoted. When we asked about the price, they said they could just leave if we didn't want to pay!! This is not the way to run a business!!
Mathced my expectations of what a party rental company should be Wish I would have heard of this company sooner. I rented the toddler moonwalk and they arrived two hours in advance and let me keep it the whole day. What I thought was really exceptional was the fact that we could look at all the videos of the moonwalks on their website before we made our decision. Excellent Company to work with, would recommend! Excellent company to work with. I am a party planner and have done so far 5 successful events with them without any problems. They deliver and setup all the equipment themselves and offer seasonal specials that benefit my business.
Good Service and moonwalk was perfect! Perfect website for some really cool services no one else is offering. Really like how this company is run and the selection of inflatable moonwalks they offer is unmatched. I searched everywhere for the perfect moonwalk and found one at there website. Reserved it online and got a call within the next day to say it was available and that they would deliver at the time i needed them to. Party went great and I am very happy with the way they handled my party.
Great Automobile Repairs, Quality Mufflers! Excellent company to work with. Fixed my muffler after only being in the shop for one day. Also helped us find a rental car company just in case they couldn't make their promise. All in all, this was a great Auto repair experience!
Very pleased with the quality of their moonwalks! Needed a moonwalk for the upcoming weekend because the company i used double booked. Called Sky High and they booked my reservation promptly. On the day of the party they arrived on time and everything was exactly as described on their website.
