SWMH is by far one of the best places I have recieves care from. If not the best. Everyone they have assigned to work with me definitely has my best interest in mind. I am so grateful that they have been there to support me.
We have referred patients here and generally hear no complaints, but last year we referred two individuals and had to send them elsewhere. One therapist did not recognize the danger signs of potential alcohol abuse in an older adult, but rather just told her everything was fine. Another did not understand why he was seeing an individual because she was not in a crisis yet. The referral was done to avoid a crisis and to give the individual coping mechanisms.
