Our builder John Houston used Southwestern Interiors to install our LVP in our new build home. Our flooring is lifting in multiple areas throughout the house. (Please see photos below.) After reading reviews on this company, this seems to be a common issue. They have yet to take responsibility or remediate the issue. If you have a choice on a flooring installer, I would choose another business that stands behind their work!
Went through this design center last year for our new build and were assigned Jenessa, a "senior designer" who is somehow now a manager. We had requested two independent shower heads and were assured the right parts were ordered, so we provided sign off. Fast forward to attempting to use the shower after moving in, we discovered that only one person can control both shower heads. Have tried contacting “Melissa” numerous times and never received a callback. Looks like this might be par for the course from this company. If she no longer works there, then changing the voice mail message might be a good idea.
it is Fantastic lightings, We went to see lights, there were 3 humans working on a computer but none of them want to see us like we are invisible! then we disturbed one guy and asked we are here to see some lighting options and he said look around for a little bit and I will be with you. We looked around then seated and waiting, nobody cares... we just left then. so don't bother to go there.
