Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Diana and Catalina are both useless. They’re quick to take your business, but the moment you ask to cancel all of a sudden the phone calls and messages go unanswered. DO NOT GO WITH THESE AGENTS. They are rude and unprofessional.
