I was a little harsh at first, yet even though the man refused to answer a simple question. I figured it out myself. Yet I will say for all of the other contacts that I have ever had with Southwest Ind. This was the only time that they where not helpful. So I chock it up to a bad employee not a bad company. All of the other times they where extremely helpful.
I am really disappointed in our TRL 1440's with the ELX controller... Whenever you are turning work with a large shoulder, it crashes the tool into the shoulder on the second to final pass and you have to set a very small finish cut to prevent a second crash! Southwest Industries has refused to fix the bug even though they don't have this issue on their other models.
Wow! Their setup is amazing. Awesome machines, we just bought 3.
