Melvin and his staff were very courteous, listened to my past hearing issues and my current needs, recommended a great hearing aid to try and it performed beyond what I've experienced with several other major brands. I could hear speech in noisy gyms, it's very adjustable from the user end. Melvin made sure the hearing aids were working for me and went out of his way to connect with my insurance provider, UHC Medicare Advantage to make sure I received the best pricing. I went to the Glen Carbon location of Southwestern Hearing Centers on January 19th of 2023. The audiologist (Dan) tested my hearing and confirmed that I needed hearing aids. I asked him to check when was the last time I got hearing aids because my insurance would pay $5,000 towards hearing aids every three years, and I had gotten hearing aids about 3 years ago.
