My husband went in for his hearing aid checkup. Highly recommend this location and Carson Hertzler. Carson takes the time to listen to any issues he has and fixes them. Great service!!!
Carson and team are amazing!! Felt like family from first I set foot inside. Scheduling was a breeze online as well as open availability which is hard to come by these days! Wait time once inside was almost none, very smooth and efficient system they got worked out. Carson was very knowledgeable, patient to explain and answer all my questions, and friendly! This is a gem of an auditory center in Raymore/Belton, we’re lucky to have you all in our neighborhood!! Many thanks!
