Excellent and helpful service!!!
Carson was helpful, understanding and showed compassion towards my mother. He work with her and her hearing aids until he found the perfect fit for her.
Carson was wonderful! He is a good listener, was totally friendly but professional and seemed to genuinely want to help me with my hearing issues. He did not rush me but carefully explained everything to me and washed my hearing aids as well.
Appreciated the professionalism, kindness and timeliness of it all. Top notch - and I am very familiar with hearing aids as have worn them nearly 30 years!
Thorough, friendly, helpful...need I say more??
