I am on my third set of hearing aids from Southwestern over the years , I am in need of service now only to find that all the techs are in some kind of meeting that will last from the 14th thru the 18th of March 2016. Then to make matters even worse the tech is only in the store on Thursday and Fridays of each week.Ten days (24th) before I can get service is ridiculous to say the least.Then another 2 weeks in repair, That is certainly not acceptable.
