I went to the Glen Carbon location of Southwestern Hearing Centers on January 19th of 2023. The audiologist (Dan) tested my hearing and confirmed that I needed hearing aids. I asked him to check when was the last time I got hearing aids because my insurance would pay $5,000 towards hearing aids every three years, and I had gotten hearing aids about 3 years ago.
