It is difficult to find adequate and consistent healthcare. Now with the battle between SHR and Blue Cross over insurance contracts, it is monumentally worse. They leave their subscribers hanging in the wind even though we pay our premiums which means we are doing OUR part, and they are not doing theirs.

My specialist doctor won't even accept my United Healthcare insurance because it is with SHR and they don't pay. Updating my review because ready reset medical needs have it covered readily by. SHR. One time there is a two and a half week delay for approval which was a problem but otherwise everything is good going much better.
My doctor sent a referral through this company. It’s been 2 weeks since I was at the doctors and still can’t go to the specialist since I have HMO because this place hasn’t sent the paperwork yet. I’ve called and talked to someone twice and yet it is still not taken care of. Horrible.
