Southwest Eye Center in Casa Grande & Dr. Rollins and his staff are the most incompetent uncaring medical people I have ever come across. Dr. Rollins never introduced himself, was rushing the appointment. Never explained what dilating the eyes would do or the cautions. They had to do the tests twice due to their lack of knowledge and ability. There was no concern for me as a patient no common courtesy, I was pushed through like cattle. Before deciding to have my cataract surgery, I did my due diligence and read as many reviews as possible. All reviews regarding Dr. Peterson and staff were good. The only negative reviews I recall reading were directed towards the billing department. Several patients complained of receiving bills after their insurance had been billed for the procedures.
