Swepco natchiotched parish is the worst power company I’ve ever had in 40 years of life! There is not a close 2nd! We lose power at least once a month on the most gorgeous days, so imagine what happens when storms come through. I have currently been without power for 18 hours and still no employee has even been dispatched to look at the problem. We’ve called these jokers 9 times and each time we get a different lie. My bill always seems to go up yet I'm not using anything different power wise. If anything I'm using less. They never give me my bill on time but expect it due on time. They have the worst customer service. Swepco is a joke
SWEPCO is a joke. Worst power company I have ever had. Everyone started documenting Everytime your power goes out and how long it takes for them to get it back on. Also document if you have food go bad bc of power being out for extended periods and how much the food cost that you had to throw away plus the Cost of a hotel room you may have to get because the power is out for a long time (especially during the summer)or how much gas you buy to fill up your generator if you have one and then file a complaint against SWEPCO wit... read more
