Very disorganized and extremely long wait times
Very rude and unprofessional MRI staff, subpar service.
My mother had an appointment at 4:00. We arrived and checked in at 3:45, it’s 5:15 and we are still sitting here waiting for her to be called back. Absolutely ridiculous. She hasn’t eaten and her bladder is full for the test. I have never in my life waited so long when having an appointment. Unacceptable!!!
more than 2 hour wait time its ridiculous how long they take here!!!!! your better off going somewhere else!!!

Lupe the mammogram tech was incredibly Rude and unprofessional. It took 30 days to even get an appointment, and then my procedure was refused because of my age. I asked for a letter in writing stating I would not be given the procedure and she told me no, but if I wanted to drive to find the doctor in charge i could drive and find her, but wouldn’t let me speak to them on the phone or provide me with a phone number. I asked if I could make an appointment and come back and she told me no.
Very bad place to work for. Boss's wife is the worst person you can work for. Rude, unprofessional, bully, stupid, Empty soul, unhappy. Likes to intimidate employees. Retaliates, holds your last check until she wants. I recommend for all to call Labor Commission and Texas workforce commission as soon as you leave that job. She will hold your check hostage. The wait is ridiculous! Appointments mean nothing at this place! Maybe if Federico spent more time doing what he is being paid to do then socializing, the wait time might improve! Over a 2 hour wait for a 10 minute scan!
