My appt was at 7 pm no one called to tell me the tech was running two hours behind . I came all the way from Northeast and trying to find somewhere to wait for two hours this is terrible
this place is very unorganized. we have an appointment @1:00 we sat for over an HOUR. I brought my mother here, we came half hour early and still had to wait while others were being called ahead of her, they came in way after my mother came in......😡😡😡😡😡VERY UNORGANIZED, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Will never come back here again and I do not recommend to anyone!!!!!
This is suppose to be a medical facility? Considering everything going on with the coronavirus they could at least clean their floors. You can see dusty footprints all over the place. I have lupus and I'm taking a risk just being here. They don't even have hand sanitizer for us. I'm stressing out so bad right now.
this is the worst xray facility. They don't make appointments for xrays, walk ins only. They only have one xray technician. I got there at 2:45 and left at 5:45! when I left there was only one person waiting. should've walked in at 4:45. Ridiculous! if you can go somewhere else, do so.
I was here 20 minutes early like they asked me to be. They’re now over an hour late.
The picture is cute. I see it while I’m sitting here 1 hour and 20 minutes after my appointment and still haven’t been called back for my MRI. Asked at 45 minutes late and they said it would be another 30 minutes because their only tech just told them I’m behind. Let me ask you, if I was late would you still attempt to charge my insurance? RecommendedHere at Southwest X-ray! I made an appointment last week for my 6 year old who needed a CT of the brain an EKG and an Echocardiogram. I live over an hour from El Paso and when I made the appointment and confirmed I can get all 3 tests completed with them and they assured me they could. However they only preform echos on 17 years of age and older. I wish I would have known so I could schedule the echo somewhere else this afternoon. had a 10 am appointment got called in at 11:45. This place has no sense of time or regard of your time. I/we will not be returning. There's plenty of other places that will accept my money and is accepted
Waiting time is way too long , only two patients when I arrived, it’s been an hour and everyone that came in after me had gone
