I was here 20 minutes early like they asked me to be. They’re now over an hour late.
Waiting time is way too long , only two patients when I arrived, it’s been an hour and everyone that came in after me had gone
My mother had an appointment at 4:00. We arrived and checked in at 3:45, it’s 5:15 and we are still sitting here waiting for her to be called back. Absolutely ridiculous. She hasn’t eaten and her bladder is full for the test. I have never in my life waited so long when having an appointment. Unacceptable!!!
Apparently the girls there don’t know how to read orders.

Very bad place to work for. Boss's wife is the worst person you can work for. Rude, unprofessional, bully, stupid, Empty soul, unhappy. Likes to intimidate employees. Retaliates, holds your last check until she wants. I recommend for all to call Labor Commission and Texas workforce commission as soon as you leave that job. She will hold your check hostage. Staff is more interested in what they gonna do later than communicating with the patients. One has to ask status and of course answer is always "yes, it was just verified". Feels like one is bothering or interrupting their day... ugh another patient!
Staff was courteous professional, the only hang up was verifying VA Approval.
