I Arrived about 20 minutes early to complete paperwork. My appointment was on time and the CT technician was very kind and helpful with me getting on and off the machine table. Very satisfied with my experience.
This was an awful an experience. Front desk staff rude- heartless in fact. We had a 3 pm CT appointment- as we were walking in at 2:50 we were notified the machine was down- our entire day, time off work spent to get to this appointment and no bother or concern to call. Not to mention people are sick- needing test results for care plans! Another man walked in- same issue- no call About the machine being down- he to drove over an hour/ the front desk disaster show- argued with him about calling. Do not use this company. In a time where every office has long since moved to paperless, Acumen is still delivering reports via dial up modem run fax machines. Not only is this not secure with patient info but if a paperless office tries to get an encrypted email copy they flat out refuse delaying patient care. Called the Osbourne location and dealt with a rude uneducated MA running medical records, won't use this company again because of her. DrC
Just had ultrasound here and everyone was great. Easy checkin and friendly folks. Karla was tech who did procedure and she was wonderful. Explained what she was doing. Thank you southwest xray.
