Do not use this company. In a time where every office has long since moved to paperless, Acumen is still delivering reports via dial up modem run fax machines. Not only is this not secure with patient info but if a paperless office tries to get an encrypted email copy they flat out refuse delaying patient care. Called the Osbourne location and dealt with a rude uneducated MA running medical records, won't use this company again because of her. DrC
Just had ultrasound here and everyone was great. Easy checkin and friendly folks. Karla was tech who did procedure and she was wonderful. Explained what she was doing. Thank you southwest xray.
This place called me advising they had an earlier opening than my original appointment. I showed up on time and waited 45 minutes. I was then told I had to wait another 30-45 minutes. It’s already 20 minutes past closing time and I’m still waiting.
I had a great experience with SW X-Ray. I did wait a bit to check in but it was only because they were busy. After that my CT was very quick once I was helped. My technician Laura was amazing and had a great personality.
Incompetent and uncaring. Staff can’t even tell you which clinic THEY scheduled your appointment at. Huge waste of time. Find somewhere else.
