It has been the worse experience I have ever encountered. My husband was rescheduled 3 times with no advanced noticed. We had scheduled a MRI appointment 3 weeks in advanced. We showed up to each appointment just to tell us the time was moved or we were scheduled at the wrong clinic without any notice. I will never use them again. I do not recommend this facility to anyone. They dont even deserve 1 star.
Waited 2 hours for an MRI no sense of urgency what so ever. Asked front desk all they said was we are running behind. Appointment was scheduled at 330 left at 527 two other patients walked out. Front desk didn't seem to care. When my mother went in for her MRI she had to tell technician that the pain was on the right not the left. I thought her orders were in front of them. Thank God they didn't add contrast!
Disorganized, I was told that I had to reschedule because my insurance hasn’t approved it yet, but it was a lie, I called my insurance company and asked them why took so long to approve it but they said nothing was sent to them, so the insurance agent called SW XRay ( I was on the line listening to their conversation) and they totally lied. I told my insurance company to cancel everything with Southwest X-ray, seems like someone didn’t do their job correctly. Very friendly staff. They took me back on time MRI. Only issue was a lot of paperwork but they let you finish after procedure. I highly recommend this facility
