I have nothing but good things to say about Southwest Xray. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and efficient. My wait time was very acceptable. Both the Dr and the Tech were excellent. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The office is clean and well managed. I do highly recommend Southwest X Ray.
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with my recent experience at your clinic located at 10501 Gateway West. On April 16th, the VA sent my authorization letter, which should have been available to your office well in advance of my appointment. However, during my visit, it became apparent that the office staff did not locate the authorization until 45 minutes into my scheduled appointment time.
