I have nothing but good things to say about Southwest Xray. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and efficient. My wait time was very acceptable. Both the Dr and the Tech were excellent. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The office is clean and well managed. I do highly recommend Southwest X Ray.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with my recent experience at your clinic located at 10501 Gateway West. On April 16th, the VA sent my authorization letter, which should have been available to your office well in advance of my appointment. However, during my visit, it became apparent that the office staff did not locate the authorization until 45 minutes into my scheduled appointment time. Worst place ever. First their system is down for a month now they can’t manage to make a copy of a mammogram. Sat there for 2 hours to be told the application isn’t working, no attempt to use a different computer or call tech support. Telling me we will call another location Monday morning. No one has called.

Worst place ever, their system was supposedly down for the past month it just came back up Monday and now they can’t manage to make a copy of my mammogram.
