Dr. Contreras is nice. Wait times for scheduled times are ridiculous, even if you show up 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled time. We waited 40 minutes the first time we were there. The ultrasound tech is cold blooded, bad bedside manners and unfortunately she had to be the one to deliver news that my baby no longer had a heartbeat. The doctor's office called me twice to get information that I had previously given to them in person and on paper.
