Bought a door and had it installed by them 4 years ago. Now its bottom is completely rotted out. Only 1 yr warranty on it. Went by to ask about what i can do about getting replaced. After 1 month no call. Called back and leave message. Finally after a few days get called back by secretary who tells me it's not under warranty so I asked for a quote on a new door and would I be charged a quote and measurement on a new door. They made the whole “door shopping” experience so easy. We had several changes throughout our remodel and they easily rolled with the changes. The outcome were several beautiful interior and exterior doors, all of which are nothing less than absolute beauties.
Customer service goes a long way and southwest windows and doors has that and beyond. Great team!!
