UPDATE: Their sales manager is upset that I did this review and now he is pouting and not trying to fix the problem. I still have a screen that is damaged with a big boot print in the middle, a screen that is too short, cracked window frame parts and the wrong French door. I guess that I hurt his feelings! PUBLIC NOTICE: Be very cautious before doing business with these guys. They represent Renewal By Andersen. In particular their salesman, Frank LoBue.
