Austin is the MAN. I snapped a hinge on a swing-gate trailer and I called up Boutwell and they got it fixed up and even had some touch up paint all within about an hour.
Best to avoid this place. Such a low quality place they dont even have people in the store during the hours thet advertise themselves as being open. Best go to a more professional location that actually has employees available for their customers
