Poor customer service.
Great tasting water!
After a couple years of paying my bill online, something has changed and I can’t pay as a customer, only as a guest. It’s irritating and inconvenient. You would think that you would want to make bill paying easy, but you’ve made it extremely difficult.
Absolutely horrendous water quality. This company gives zero cares about the customers they serve. Our bills are outrageous due to their astronomical base charges ($200 per billing cycle regardless of how much water you use???), and we pay this for water that is destroying our appliances and pipes with calcification... and don't even get me started on the sulphur and/or over-chlorination. AND they have a total monopoly, so we have no recourse. SWWC should be ashamed of themselves.
