My evaporator failed and my a/c stopped working, I called SouthWest VW and they told me to bring it in. Chris Portillo met me on the drive listened to all my concerns and got my car in the shop. He kept me updated every step of the way!! The tech Ezequiel did an amazing job at the repair! He had to remove my dash, console, and front seats and you cannot even tell it looks great and no rattles!! My a/c is cooling better than it ever has!! Can’t thank them enough 10 out of 10!!
The service department here is exceptional starting with the service writers.
