Well after thousands of dollars on both my jetta and passat i had trusted they were honest just after a short few weeks the jetta developed an issue so i had it towed back to the dealership Chris Portilo who in the past had handled everything called and said i needed a new engine so I gave him the information for the extended warranty after he spoke with them and now i have learned he Chris Portilo gave them the wrong explanation and it causes the warranty company not to cover the repairs the vehicle was taken to another sho... read more
