Updated 9/28/2023 Both of my children were told they wouldn’t be seen anymore by Dr Etter. She gave no reason as to why, except that a Dr from Bristol and herself decided that they would not continue to care for our two children. The really bad part was that our 7 year old son, who she diagnosed with ADHD, was having issues with the medication she prescribed. After a change in medication she was unavailable for over a month. Updated 9/25/2023 If you get a second opinion they will fire you as a patient. Now I have to start new even though I explained that I had marked the wrong box. Very unprofessional staff, and stay away from DO Etter. You would have better luck googling your issues. I know this sounds mean, but I wasn’t taken seriously when I told her that my son was having stomach aches and headaches. She couldn’t fit him in in a timely manner. I have been taking my children here for over 4 years. Usually everything would go ok, and our visits were pleasant. Recently we had an issue with the front desk clerk. We had shown up late two times, and missed one appointment in those 4 years. They told us that it was their policy to drop us as a patient. Well actually we could do walk-ins, and after 3 walk-ins then we would be able to start making appointments again.
