I have been a patient at the Tazewell office for many years. I had an appointment scheduled for today at 1:00 I received a text to confirm my appointment 1:00 appointment. I also received a phone call to remind me to take my antibiotics before the appointment. I arrived at 1:00 and was turned away because they had changed their policy and you must arrive 15 minutes early. No signs stating this, nothing on the text sent. I’ve been seeing the Dentist in Saltville for 11/2 years, the staff is wonderful and they work with you, they make you feel at ease , wouldn’t go any where else

Updated 9/28/2023 Both of my children were told they wouldn’t be seen anymore by Dr Etter. She gave no reason as to why, except that a Dr from Bristol and herself decided that they would not continue to care for our two children. The really bad part was that our 7 year old son, who she diagnosed with ADHD, was having issues with the medication she prescribed. After a change in medication she was unavailable for over a month. Updated 9/25/2023 If you get a second opinion they will fire you as a patient. Now I have to start new even though I explained that I had marked the wrong box. Very unprofessional staff, and stay away from DO Etter. You would have better luck googling your issues. I know this sounds mean, but I wasn’t taken seriously when I told her that my son was having stomach aches and headaches. She couldn’t fit him in in a timely manner.
