I would suggest you have a refresher Ethics Training course. The last one sounds like it was good and there may be a few agents that could use freshening up.
I was here for NAR ethics training. It was a live streamed presentation. Equipment worked well, room was set up well, materials were placed on tables at each seating area. Refreshments were provided. Building was clean and staff friendly and supportive.
