After a lengthy and exhaustive search for a reputable fence company to replace an old outdated fence on my property, I finally found SW Vinyl Fence Co. Today, Oscar and crew completed the job to my ocomplete satisfaction in very short order. They were dependable and courteous and a pleasure to meet and work with. When finished, they left worksite cleaner than when they started.
Amazing work - While it did take time to get the gates ordered it was worth the wait!!!!! Oscar's came out and installed the fence, left for another project and came back to install the gates same day (because I was concerned about not having them up over night - they met this need.) Terrible experience. They do not stand behind their work. We were told that we did not need an engineers permit to raise our wall. They did the work and then we were contacted by the city that we needed the engineers stamp. Since then, Ron (the owner) has said he was done with us and will no longer answer our phone calls, e-mails or texts. We now have to pay another company to tear the wall down and rebuild it to code. Be aware of this company, they do not stand behind their work or their word.
I had a fence installed by SW Vinyl this week and I am very pleased with the quality of the fence and its installation. Dalen and his team were very professional and friendly. They were fast and efficient.
SW fence looks very nice with hard and friendly workers. My complaint is when we reported an error on the fence, they have yet to fix the problem or return our messages via phone or E-mail tho it has been several weeks now.....
