We took our 17 yr old cat in an emergency last week. We showed up around 7:30ish. They let us know ahead of time it would be about an hour wait or so. Unfortunately, we had to make the decision to have him cross the rainbow bridge. All 4 of us were sobbing. It's hard to lose a pet. They were the greatest I could of asked for in that situation. Office visit is double the price of your regular vet but labs and other exams are not too much more. Worth it to be able to get Care on a weekend for a sick pet. The veterinarian and other staff were fantastic. Great bedside Manner and explained everything thoroughly to me. Plan to spend a few hours there if they are busy.
Don't take your pet here in an emergency. After getting charged $400.00, the dr wouldn't even examine our cat because he said he didn't want to make him have anymore pain then he was already in. He was going to put him under to fix anything that would need fixed after doing trays and
We took our dog who was not eating or having bowl movements for multiple days. We took him to the clinic on a Sunday. We were told it would be a 2 hour wait but we ended up waiting 3.5 hours. Front desk staff and medical assistants were polite and courteous. The veterinarian was the problem. She did xrays and informed us that AI said he had GVD.
