They were so kind, to me and my kittu!!!!
The staff was AMAZING and they truly went above and beyond in taking care of a, longer than expected, treatment process with our dog. They are very informative when answering any questions to ensure you aren’t left in the dark. Additionally, they kept us informed on what to expect every step of the way. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing an urgent care!
Took my dog there Sunday morning, he had been under the weather a few days. Can’t say how nice this place is. Vet tech was so helpful and Vet himself came in and explained all my options and helped me make the best choice for him.. Thank you so much for helping my poor guy
First time taking my dog here. We got in within 10 min of checking in. They took precautions (since my pup is having respiratory issues) to protect their other patients, waiting in my car and going straight to the exam room. Staff were wonderful, vet got on the floor with my pup since my pup gets nervous on the exam table. He took the time to answer all my questions and review the chest X-rays with me. In an emergency, this is the place to go ❤️
Last week I didn’t know how I was going to help this stinky cat I know. He is feral, long haired and had excrement stuck all over his rear! I emailed around with and quickly received a kind response from Justine. She let me know that if I could catch him and get him there, the vet will get him cleaned off! It gave me confidence and I composed a plan. So today, I drugged and caught this cat. Took his stinky self in. They put him in a gas chamber to knock him out and then got him right together.
