My dog (Crush) suffered a left RU fracture playing with his feline sister and SVSS immediately stepped up to help! Dr. Roberts & technician Jadeyn helped us feel incredibly reassured in our decision to proceed with surgery. We talked about everything in great detail and no question was left unanswered. Everyone there is exceptional. Great skill and awesome customer service. They even helped me coax my big dog inside by laying a path of treats from the outside into the office. Only 4 stars because of what I believe is very overpriced. Spent nearly $7k on knee surgery and a follow up.
The pup went in limping and came out (after some RnR) running. All better now and every her friends don't notice the scare.
Our dog, Rosie, recently had a splenectomy at Southwest Veterinary Surgical Service in Scottsdale. I can’t say enough good things about them! From the moment we met Dr. Roberts we knew we trusted her to take care of our fur baby. Everyone at the office was super friendly, responsive, and clearly dog people. They were all loving Rosie and giving her treats when we went back to have the staples removed. Happy to say our pup is doing great post surgery!
