Everyone here is exceptional! The staff is very friendly and caring, and the Dr. Dixon surgical skills are amazing. When you care as much about your furry kids as we do, you want a place that is competent, caring and great communicators to keep you informed. They check all of the boxes.
Was disappointed because surgery had to be done twice. The metal pins did not hold so the surgeon had to go back in. I am glad they took and Xray after the surgery to check. Also paid 5000 dollars and there were add ons for first visit and final Xray. Should be an inclusive cost. I am glad they got me scheduled for a quick surgery as my dog had a broken leg.
One year ago I mistakenly went to Dr. Kelly’s to have a cancerous sarcoma removed from my dog Jaspers shoulder. Not only did they fail to achieve clean margins, they failed to tell me his cancer had returned this past October when I brought him in for a dental cleaning even though they felt the lump upon examination. Our beautiful sweet senior girl Ladybug developed a second lump on the same rear leg (which wasn't too unexpected). Dr. Dixon was very kind, clear and thorough on his explanations of how to proceed. He did recommend an ultrasound to be done prior to surgery to ensure cancer had not spread to her organs. After the Ultrasound, Dr. Coats who would perform the surgery, contacted me and explained the results and gave her evaluation of how she felt about her recovery prognosis.
