I was greatly disappointed. It was freezing, I couldn't go back with my pet and when the vet came to talk to me he had many unnecessary procedures lined up. I had antibiotics at home to put her on and told him I would make an appointment with my vet on Monday. I would not recommend this urgent care.
This vet hospital is a God-send and Dr. Bill is an angel in Vets clothing!! I took my beloved dog Ralph in for excessive itching and Dr. Bill did a routine physical, upon checking Ralphs teeth he noticed SEVERE absesses. He got Ralph into surgery almost immediately and basically saved his life!! I'll forever be grateful to South Valley Animal Clinic. 12/2025: Once again I had to do what all dog owners dread the most and Dr. Levenson showed extraordinary compassion and kindness during one of the hardest moments of my life. He took the time to explain everything gently and made an incredibly painful decision feel loving, peaceful, and dignified.
